Is there a list of what procs Cheap-Shot? I'm curious because of the "Impaired actions" line

I know items like item 3116 item 3030 item 3153 item 3025 etc will enable it to be procced with their active slows, but I was wondering if things like item 3075 item 3110 item 3143 did anything with their passive auto-attack slow.

I figured since effects like blinds and nearsight procced it then passives like this should too.

It says impaired movement, not impaired actions.

Since thornmail, frozen heart, and randuin's all proc a cripple type of cc, they do not proc with cheap shot. cripple type cc is the only type that cheap shot does not work with, i believe.
