Buff the Turrets

So I've noticed that a lot of the champions that are currently "meta" are ones with high waveclear/mobility. Now, the factors of damage creep and -State of the Jungle- aside (albeit important factors), could it have something to do with the state of turrets?

The game in lower elo, to me, is feeling less like tactical matchups, and moreso "Who can clear the fastest, be the most oppressive, and get to X(area on map) or Y(bot lane) the fastest?" "Who has the mobility to make it to Y for the early 4-man-cheese gank under those garbage turrets, secure first turret gold, and take an early advantage we can soar on?" I understand the meta shifts, but am I the only one having less fun with this?

Even when I watch imaqtpie stream, I have to listen to, "heheh looks like they're botside again". "Oh man, they're back already." "Well, that's just unfortunate." - Following the 4-5man bot.

I've seen Shaco support doing a better job at keeping a group off their first turret in bot lane than typical supports, and it honestly sucks. Bot lane shouldn't come down to "get someone that can force a disengage pre-shield/heal items" (don't even get me started on those). No amount of shields and stuns from a standard support's kit will keep the group off of that turret. God forbid you see that grouping in bot once, because you can bet it's going to come again, and again, and again..

Yasuo 's windwall is more valuable than a freaking turret right now; because at least it can STOP SOMETHING.

Note: This is all subjective and takes into consideration you are matched with an enemy of equal skill.
