Matchmaking is just bad!!

Hi, I am very very tilted at this point. Currently I am Gold IV after I climbing through silver because of inactivity. I am one of these people that check others op.gg and i discovered that in one of three games there is someone that has not even finished their promos ?! Those players are of course not CLOSE to even silver level of gameplay. So why is it that new accounts have such high mmr and ruin my games/ games of the enemy team? Many people would climb much better if those player would start at Zero : Bronze 5 or atleast 3 .

Second: WHY IS EVERYBODY AUTOFILLED?!?!?!?!? I see Adcs normally maining support and supports usually maining Adc . Nobody know what to do, buys the wrong items and when the other autofilled player does a mistake they flame them for being useless. Excuse me, what the fuck?? I mean, I as a toplaner already have minimal impact on the game overall, but being the only one who does well everygame or does know what to do mid/late game is depressing. Even when i call stuff they wont listen and lose me the game. And being not the premier reason to lost games, losing lp or even divisions is unfair.

I started with 80% winrates and get trolled almost everygame right now. Why is matchmaking that fucked up?

And yes i know that smurfs get through these elos easily, but i am not on challenger diamond or master level. To achieve this level i have to play against others of this level, which i cant do, because i lose lp for getting trolled by matchmaking.[slayer-jinx-unamused]
