Can we change smart cast selection in quickbind hotkeys?

From a lightning bolt that is either highlighted or not highlighted plus a check box asking if we want indicator + quick cast or just quick cast

to 3 selectable icons, quick cast + indicators, quick cast, or no quick cast

So certain abilities that take time to learn like Diana Q can be put on quick cast with indicators while the rest are still normal quick cast?
