Semi-Lock Camera Fix

I don't usually lock my camera at all but when I played HotS one day I noticed how nice the locked camera was since you could move it around. League has a feature like it, being "Semi-Locked" but it's useless due to the fact that when you let go of space bar to look around the map and snap back, the camera doesn't reset. I feel as though changing the camera type to put your champion dead center whenever you go back to it would be a simple and great fix. I feel it would also help a lot of newbies coming into League, and assist them in getting used to unlocking their camera.
