how to make Aatrox more like his lore without making him a drain tank

I would make it so that when he hits level 6 he gets his blood well even if he is out of his ult when he kills an enemy champion he fills 1/4 of his blood well (1/8 when in ult form) the fuller his blood well is, the more AD he has when out of combat he drains his blood well to heal himself

this would do 2 things

1. give him a connection to his ore
2. give him a complex decision tree (should I ult? I will fill my blood well faster if I try to get a kill in my normal form, but i am more powerful in my ult form)
