Which champion to pick up and play next? Also question about disenchanting ulti's/legends

So I did some hextech crafting, and got DJ Sona, Battleboss Blitz, Pool Party Ziggs, and Project Zed.

I already bought Zed during the Early Sale, on top of this I prefer the tank build ( which is getting nuked into the ground in about 12 hours ).

I have enough essence so that if I disenchant everything I have I can either

Make DJ , Disenchant , ,and Make Pool Party , Make Battleboss , Make Project ( and use a refund on the one I bought ) and disenchant DJ

Suggestions?

Also, what happens when you disenchant an Ultimate Skin Shard? It has a gem picture on it, so I was wondering if anything happens.
