Steraks needs changing/nerfs

was nice on paper for brusiers but ANY ad can buy it and get a ton of HP, a shield, AND damage all from one item. its getting to a point that ADCs are getting this fucking item and are becoming near unkillable while dishing out a shit ton of dmg its just too good of a item not to buy on any ranged ADC or melee ADC .

pretty soon this item is just going to be core on all ADCs regardless of if they are a marksmen, brusier, fighter, or assassin. its just too good. i cant think of any AD in the entire game that CANT abuse this item as a core damage+tank item.
