why do creeps randomly switch to other minions without moving or anything?

talk about being able to last hit. minion gets low. you're trying not to push. and somehow two little fucks switch aggro to the low minion. it dies sooner than it seemed like it would. this is too random.

its like damn little guy you got me. you robbed me real good.
