Sunfire Cape should have a toggle

Why doesn't SFC have a toggle? I've been in many situations where all i want to do is push down a tower but SFC causes damage to enemies trying to stop me and i attract tower aggro. I think it would also be helpful when trying to run from enemies in the jungle without attracting monster aggro. I hope this change is made so i don't have to every time i just want to push in peace with .
