So if a Lulu ults a Vel'Koz (teammate) while he is ulting, does it stop Velk'Koz from ulting or does he continue?

The targeted champion doesn't move. The channel should continue. As for Retro's question, if Bard ults him he'll definitely stop and waste Vel'koz's ult.

Also, if a Bard ults Vel'Koz while ulting, would it be completely cancelled, delayed, or what?
