Rotating Game Mode Not Working

Hey Guys, so I'm on EUW and for the past few weeks I've been unable to play Rotating Game Mode, or even Ranked. All I can play in PvP is Blind Pick and ARAM. I'm already Level 12 and have already unlocked Rotating Game Mode before, and played a fair bit as well, but it was just locked suddenly and I can't seem to find the solution. Can anyone help? It would be much appreciated. Thanks!
