Something i wanted added to league for junglers (idk if it'll be bad or not)

Make it that you can only see camp icons / timers if you have smite.

It'll make team invades reliant on the jungler calling for it, rather than 3 manning a buff on repeat cause of the timer. After the scuttle changes, junglers have been put in a REALLY bad spot, scuttles have reinforced snowballing on junglers to an absurd level - its not uncommon to have a 2-3 level difference.
