Now AP and AD carry do huge damage to Tank

I play tank champion most of the time. I do carried most of the game as tank before. Now its seems like to carry hard as tank this season.Is Tanks just for take damage? Is the tank meta gone or AD and AP carries got over power. Now tank do sucks even got kills. I hope tank meta rise again. what can i do ? May be i should start to play carry champion, but i do like to play tank champion. I don't know what to do or resign from League.
