What Do You Think Of Making Improvements To The Surender Option

In twisted treeline i frequently play duo and theres always the random that doesnt wanna surender. the majority should be 2 yes votes out of three. its Retarded how one person can mess that up and troll. this takes the power away from the majority and puts it with the random one person. same with summoners rift. majority is 3 out of 5. but u need 4 votes. theres always two ppl who want to keep plugging away. this leads to ppl afk'ing and getting reported unnecessarily for games that were prolly lost by those two ppl who are trolling in the first place. so much frustration for someone who just wants to grind out quantity and practice early game and doesnt wanna put the effort into trying to carry truly terrible bronzies.
