Can we change the meta to not rely so much on junglers/bot?

I miss the days when I'd say "Oh a fed Cait? Well as long as I can use my gapcloser I'm good to go!" or when I actually was a little concerned with that 5/0 Riven up top. Now it's just "Well my bot lane is 0/4 and the enemy jungler is ganking my lane now while my jungler just power farms". I don't even feel concerned about a fed because my Vayne is fed.
