Give Poppy additional AP scalings

She has two lines for buying Needlessly Large Rod, but only one ability that scales AP.

And that ability can't even damage half the champions in the game, since they don't have dashes.

This is kind of a joke, but I'm not asking that they make Poppy an AP burst mage. Just give her some more weird AP scaling like other AD champs have.
