Ekko, Tanky AD/AP Gap Closing Damage Dealer?

So one champ ive always hated ever sinse he came out is ekko, Hes either been highly unbalanced either in the "broken" way or the "useless" way. It so agrovating the fact that ekko is being played as a AD/AP Tank that can slow, stun, heal, get a huge speed boost and do more damage than an vayne with full build.

If riot wants ekko to be played as an AP assassin then simple take away that stupid passive, its the same boring 3 autos and when he gets off those 3 autos with triforce as a full tank hes faster than . He has passive ANYWHERE that he can use anywhere and he can over wall with it too! I mean its like a part of each character has just been smacked into this dumb champ. Make his passive time related or something but the fact that this character has a slow, stun, gap closer, and escape with stupid damage is just to much and i remember i while back riot said something about him saying they wanted him to be played as an assassin, well they clearly dont because of how many stupid patches this has been going on for.
