key frag drop rate
i've been playing days on end and sill no key frag. what's the drop rate of these like seriously I have 3 boxes and 2 key frages*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*

Idk how people have this issue. I have so many keys but almost no chests
that's just u i keep getting boxes and no keys like the hell [zombie-brand-mindblown]
Lol i have 9 chests and 2 fragments, literally cannot get a fragment for weeks now, never was this rare, so I thought that maybe riot did something to make them drop less frequently than before, or maybe I am just being silly. I know that there is time in month that whole fragment dropping thing resets and then u can start getting them again, but it really seems rare these days. Been sitting on this 2 fragments for a loooong time.
