Kayle's E bonus damage and Exalted flame wave shouldn't both damage the main target
it's mostly something personal with me, but I feel like the reason her damage numbers need to be kept so abyssmally low is because all of her Auto-attacking damage procs stack additively. It would be far easier to balance her earlygame without spiking her lategame if that was not the case. IMO, her E Extra on-hit damage and her Exalted Flame-waves should not both damage the main target, but only the extra Damage from her E should. That way both numbers will have more, MUCH, MUCH more free room for adjustments or even small buffs without busting her Lategame out of control. It would certainly allow to make shifts in power to help with her ridiculously difficult and weak earlygame by either buffing her primary target damage for better trades or her waveclear for faster scaling, depending on what Riot wants to aim her Early-game to be.
It also means that Riot could potentially allow Kayle's Exalted flame-waves to become onhit effects so Guinsoos becomes a viable item on her like it used to be on Old kayle. I personally just think for Kayle to be adjustable, the first step her Kit needs is breathing air from it's downright uptight synergy. Dividing the united damage of her E and her Passive would be a great first step to that.
