At RIOT about Runes

Has RIOT ever considered having runes with a "scale up" cost? For example:

Rune of Flat Attack Damage

Cost(Tier 1): 50 IP ---------------------------------------Upgrade cost: 100 Cost(Tier 2): 150 IP ---------------------------------------Upgrade cost: 100 Cost(Tier 3): 205 IP

So then, you can save and buy them at Tier 3 (like now) for a base price, or pay slightly more, but have access to them earlier.

These numbers are just made up, I didnt get actual prices, but the idea is what Im going for.

If you own 9 Tier 1 Runes, you could click on them in the side bar, then click a separate UPGRADE button, where the silly rune combiner used to be. Then a menu, much like when you are purchasing them, pops up and you can pay 100 per rune to upgrade. Select how many you want to upgrade, balance shows if you can afford it.

Then the only thing you need to do is change your limits so that you can only have 9 of any given TYPE of rune, regardless of tier.

Hope thats not too confusing to follow, but has this ever come across the desk?
