What do I do if my team refuses to close the game?

I've lost far too many easily winnable games due to this. They keep looking at KDA and our team looks ahead whereas they completely ignore things like dragon/baron/CS and thus pulling off sloppy plays which throw hard.

I know I'm just a normie but if I lose I don't wanna lose this way
