Veigar and his passive....

and his passive have gotten way out of hand in my opinion. I love the concept of his passive but even I think that there should be some sort of cap on it. There is no wiggle room when it comes to it, you get hit by his spells too many times and you're """"ed, and even then his ult gives him guaranteed stacks anyways. I have played ARAM games ( which I know are different ) where 10 minutes in he has over 400 ap without add the 40% spell pen from and his ult alone can one shot people late game. There have been 3v3 games where I've seen him get over 1.5k ap. For champs like I can't even engage with my team without him one shotting me with his ult.

So in my opinion, either he needs to have a cap on his passive, or make it to where every 3-4 stacks give him a point of AP instead of 1 ap/stack.
