Can we please stop with the mobility?

I think it's about time we stop with making mobility as a big thing for new champs. I was interested in the newest addition until, you guessed it, he's highly mobile!

Playing utility champs has become ever so boring, and it's pretty sad all these champs have mobility steroids. Where's the fun? You're all running around at each other roughly the same speed with the same strategies. If you pick Ashe, you get condemned for it. Bard doesn't seem all that special that he has to roam in order to do anything. Way to go, you just made what seems to be another boring champ.

It seems to me Riot hasn't learned a damn thing yet about diversity. Bard looks cool, though, I'll give them that.
