Slight oversight.

So, ryze can drag minions in his R thats cool its neat. It becomes a problem when you look at how fountain turret works and the fact it doesn't target champions even if they attacked another champion over minions. So Ryze can r 3 waves into fountain and they can sit there farming champs. Its infuriating to have happen when you're already losing. Make it so either he can't drag minions anymore, or fountain turret will change to champions.
