Why do you even put in Assassins when all people play now are HP-stackers who don't need map awareness, positional awareness, or even a minimum amount of reflexes?

It's like this game caters for and babysits for children. Where's the gameplay when people just stack an absurd amount of health and resists?

Let's do some simple math:

Enemy Max hp Level 1: 800-1000 (because they stacked it in runes/masteries just to secure a position)

My Abilities Damage: About 60-70

Mana Cost: Ranges as low as 20 to as ridiculously high as 100

Max Mana Level 1: Around 300

HP stacking is designed to make people Mana Dry.

Don't even forget about Relic Shield healing at Level 1 and the 3-4 Biscuits Supports bring in with them.

It's just false advertisement to attract Assassin players from other games to this game, and then they get mislead because literally everyone builds tank, so there's really no spot for them period. Cinder, Flask + Healthpot Stacking, and bringing Heals have ruined this game.

Going on to CS:GO where Positions MATTER, and where getting caught results in ACTUAL PUNISHMENT. People can't just Health Stack to compensate for their lack of reflexes in that game. You wonder why CS:GO ESL Streams are catching up as the #1 on Twitch? It's because they actually care about balancing. They punish those who don't know how to play, instead of baby them through this game with hp stacking.

Your math is extremely wrong. Generally all mids and adcs AT THE VERY LEAST will be going 21/9 and mostly offensive runes (with some flat armor or magic resistance or scaling of both). That gives, with a dorans blade start, 106 heath + 3% health. Champions have a base health ranging from 467.6 to 631.08.

That gives a range of 590.808 to 759.192, assuming defensive masteries and dorans. Nowhere near the amount listed.

Fine! That gives 80 more health (82.4 with the +3% health mastery), for a range of 673.208 to 839.432.

So no. Even stacking all that health you can get you won't get into the 800-100 range. Thinking enemies are getting 800-100 health is frankly laughable as that would require changing all runes to flat health, buying a ruby crystal, and going a tanky melee at which point they have no defence (no armor or mr means their health is cardboard), no damage (due to throwing everything into flat health), and literally nothing except flat health. A NORMAL health range at level 1 is more 550-650, with a few outliers (a squishy champion with no health could drop to 500ish, and a tanky melee starting ruby crystal could get to 750ish).

Health stacking is horrible on almost everyone and only ok on a few others. Otherwise, as an assassin you won't be targetting the 3k-4.5k health tank anyway because you are a freaking assassin and target the carries, not the tanks. That adc still only has ~2k health at level 18 and no resistances, and that apc still only has 2k-2.5k health and weak resistances at best. The tank could literally stack 5 warmogs and cinderhulk, AND IT STILL DOESN'T MATTER AS YOU AREN'T ATTACKING THEM AS AN ASSASSIN.
