How To Fix a bad Champion

Hello everyone! I was a Wukong main with almost 250k mastery points on him. I've been between bronze 5 and Silver 1 100 LP (0-3 Promos Rip). Although I don't play the champion as often He is still my favorite and holds a special place in my heart.

With that out of the way just make Wukong into a viable bruiser. His kit is too toxic as an assassin. Wukong has no delayed burst mechanic (something most assassins have) meaning he has the highest 100-0 of any champion in the game while having invisibility. Wukong's kit is either one-shot an enemy champion which is anti-fun to play against with little counterplay, or almost assassinate the carry meaning you didn't do your job correctly.

Fixing wukong is as simple as making wukong into a full team fighting bruiser or just giving him the ability to let him build bruiser although the second option seems like he would be overloaded.

One last thing wukong w doesn't take minion aggro is that intentional or bugged?
