Healthbar Transparency Options (Hopeful Update suggestion)

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to read this. I was practicing cs percentage (currently breaking 85% total cs by 10 mins :D) and was going through the in-game options. For the health bar, it seems our only options in regards to it are making it appear, or not be there... Obviously we can't play without healthbars, so that option is a little useless. So the point of my post is this, and I don't know if I'm posting this is the right spot or not: Can an in-game healthbar transparency percentage option be introduced (as a movable bar such as volume level)? It would be great if I could see a minions/enemies healthbar behind my HUGE one, especially while playing a short-ranged adc such as or

Please let me know how I can get this to the eyes of Riot/those in charge of updates, and please support this! Im sure loads of us would benefit from this!
