Can Varus Passive get a QoL Buff?

Where he could at least ping if he has the buff from his Passive Active?

Or

Make the ping note that Varus needs to kill something to gain the effect?

Because most of the time people don't leave any minions alive for me to kill to make sure I can make use of most of my DPS during Team Fights..

Not only this but I swear some people don't even know what Varus' Passive is most of the time (they maybe even forget too), any of these changes would be very welcoming.
