why is it that once you start to have a win streak that the ranked system matches you up with players that have a really bad win rate in order to "make it fair for the enemy team" i played a game with a silver 2 kayn where i was a silver 3 nasus. this kayn inted the whole game and was like i dont care im inting i muted all of you dickheads. this kid ended the game 5/17 by the end of it while i had to hard carry the crap out of him going 15/3 or smt. i believe in order to have a game that grows and doesnt cause litteral anger management issues they should match you up with players that have a similar win rate as you on both sides. so that if you are 60 % ur team is 55-65% winrate average and same thing for the other team. i noticed the system was rigged when i got a lucian mid that was unranked and only played 1 ranked game before that, on op.gg it said the kid was level 9 how is this possible. ive won 7 games in a row and now in my promos to silver 2 so im hoping the matchmaking system puts me with evenly skilled players :)

Is there some documentation that ranked matching works this way? What are the quotation marks for? Is this a quote from somewhere or are you making this up?

It is simply a product of using a proper Elo system to defeat actual Elo based movement by the devs. They do this to force your winrate towards 50%. Why? To prevent you from climbing too quickly? Why? Because some dipshit beancounter figured once people reach the Elo they feel they deserve they stop playing as much. What people really want is a decent gameplay experience, which if you are lucky, you will get in about 1 in 20 games.

Just like they don't create a verified queue to stop cheating/smurfing/boosting/etc.... because they want lots of accounts created to artificially boost their numbers...

And the same reason why they actually promote toxicity.... They figured out long ago that by allowing trashcan human beings to do whatever they wanted they could increase their playerbase considerably. And by promoting toxicity and dodging they get more bans = more re-rolls = more accounts and more dodges = more accounts.

Everything they do is motivated by $. Period. And they do some pretty fucking evil shit to get that $ when you really think about it.

So you need to study the basics. Go look up Elo raitings. Learn about Class intervals. Or if you have questions just bug me about it.

Ranked games are filled with young adults or teens that tryhard daily.
