Kled Healthbar Request (IT HAPPENED)

So I made the following post two weeks ago.

I absolutely understand how unlikely it is that my post was THE reason that Riot decided to make this change, but this suggestion is pretty much identical to what actually made it to live.

Either way, this makes me happy.
