In loading screen but suddenly crashes with working internet.

Is it my computer that's having problems because I have my internet working perfectly fine but then loading screen freezes up and I can't exit unless I do alt+tab and terminate league through taskmanager, and after I try to open league it'll somthing about league still runnig checked everything in taskmanager quickly nothing no league client, opened up league worked after logging in yey low priority queues 5 and -18 LP.
