Game Changes Mouse Sensitivity

Ok, I've been having this issue since around 6.28 (pretty recent) and it's been very annoying, so basically every time I start a game, when the loading screen pops up, my mouse sensitivity always gets changed to the minimum. I have to alt-tab and open up mouse settings every time before a game and fix my sensitivity since i can't play on a dpi about 1/8 of my usual setting. Anyone else having this problem, and any potential fixes?
