Pick/Ban

Pretty much Vayne's status. 28.5% pick rate and 59.2% ban rate which leaves roughly only 12% of games where vayne isn't picked. If I remember correctly, Kassadin was gutted to be utter trash after his pick/ban phase. Why hasn't the same been done to vayne?
