Remake/ New Champions

I play League of Legends whenever I have time to do so, and I enjoy playing it. I am not proficient enough to play ranked games and therefore only feel adequate to play normal matches. However, when new or remade champions come into the play, playing against these champions is frustrating to me and other novice players. I find the matches not fun and I discontinue playing because of the disadvantages that I am at. I would like to make a suggestion where Riot Games creates a specific rift map where summoners can choose to play against these newer or remade champions at their own will separate from normal and ranked matches. And then when the champions have been modified to match the rest of the champions they can be brought into the normal and ranked matches. These specific maps would only be displayed during remade or new champions being introduced into actual game play.
