@Riot: What about the other K/DA skins? They all have Blacklight looks

The Akali blacklight look is nice but I really want the Ahri and Eve Blacklight look too. Even Kai'sa has a Cool Blacklight look.

Just make them all have it and make it toggleable with a keypress
