Please Rework Teemo
Because Teemo's kit has been demolished by Riot. Teemo isn't a little devil anymore. His entire kit revolves around his debuffs - and his shrooms are a key part of that. Shrooms cannot strategically control the map due to control wards and sweeping/oracle lens trinkets- it's like they were literally made to nerf Teemo as he is pretty much the only champion you'd get sweeping lens and control wards repetitively for.
So I ask Riot, please rework this champion as there's no point to his shrooms if they can be destroyed so easily. They're useless in teamfights.

They take 1-1.5 seconds to plant and arm up. I need every second for my DPS and that second may be me kiting and moving around. Thus, champions may avoid my shrooms simply due to their linear movement to chase me or I can't place them properly in time, or they won't explode fast enough.

I'll die if I place them because trinkets make them useless.
So what is my suggestion to making Teemo a much more useful champion?
His E and Q are still very useful - but I'd prefer is his "ultimate" and W were changed. I would love if he required more skill to use and was a lot more flexible. He's Yordle's greatest assassin, he should be able to be like that.
Suggestions:
Passive, Camouflage: --Teemo gains movement speed in proportion to his level.
--When Teemo stands still for 1.5 seconds, he turns invisible. If he is hit, he will be revealed. If Teemo gets out of stealth, he will gain a 40% attack speed bonus and 30% movement speed bonus for 3 seconds.
Q - Blinding Dart --Teemo shoots a blinding dart, blinding his opponent for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. If the target is currently debuffed, Teemo deals additional bonus damage in proportion to the target's missing health(3%/3.5%/4%/4.5%/5%) and also silences the target for Qs duration.
--Blinding Darts cooldown is in proportion to attack speed.(8/6/5/4/3)
W - Dexterity --Active: Teemo flips over to the direction of the mouse cursor. Any auto attacks thrown at Teemo while he flips are dodged. For each dodged attack, Teemo heals for (1%/1.25%/1.5%/2%/2.5%) of his missing health). If Teemo flips onto a bush, he instantly enters stealth.
--Passive: Teemo gains 50% movement speed in bushes.
Cooldown: 3/2.5/2/1.5/1 - In proportion to movement speed
E - Poisonous Equipment --Passive: Teemo's auto-attacks poison targets.. If a target has three or more debuffs on them, every other attack will deal true damage based on the target's missing health.
--Active: Teemo places a trap at his location - taking 3 seconds to arm. Each trap lasts 5 minutes and deals poison damage in proportion to Teemo's magical damage. Enemies stepping on the traps are slowed by 40% of their movement speed and get reduced attack speed(15%). This sets E's cooldown to a period of 10 seconds.
R - Captain Teemo Teemo reveals his true colors for 10 seconds and deals true damage based on the target's missing HP during this duration.
Teemo can blink towards his shrooms during this duration if they're within 3 Teemos from him, detonating them right after and putting him in stealth.
Cooldown: 120 seconds
