Any Advice?

You need to have a smaller pool of champions to main or you're never going to climb.

Set goals for yourself. The best suggestion I ever got was to get average deaths down to 3 per game. Usually you won't achieve that but playing better is the easiest way to climb. Also you might be better off picking 1 champion and sticking with it throughout bronze and silver. Disable all chat, always a good thing to do.

Save videos of yourself (for example, using op.gg). Then take breaks and watch your own play to see what you did wrong. One really easy thing to spot is when you die. Dying isn't always bad, but it usually is. So each time you die, ask yourself why you died and what you could have done to avoid it.
