(while at the same time, this is the lowrest pick rate she has had in the history, so mains are quitting and even the ones sticking with her are losing non stop)

OP.GG stats, riven is basically as bad as ornn is in solo q now, but ornn is still a monster in competitive while riven is nothing in competitive, in fact all those tanks there still see some kind of play (and its expected for them to have lower WRs in solo q), so she might aswell be the WORST top laner in the game right now.

Yeah, she cant really keep up with the power creep those new reworks and champs are doing on the game, not even to mention aatrox is literally a more competitive version of riven.

She really needs a small kit update to add some stuff in her kit so she can keep up to the game, or atleast some sizeable buffs (like giving her sustain so she can actually lane against shit like urgot/akali/aatrox).
