Rank slump

Past few weeks of rank have been nothing but lose... and yes obviously i can improve no shit.. but when i teamates that decide to purporsely lose it gets hard to carry them... Its like if you polite ask to group people will quit and decide to run in and die or just farm jungle while the team pushes base... this game has such issues especially since this person will never bee punished for harrasing us and intentially trying to lose.
