Aside from the R changes, this vayne buff doesn't seen that insane to me.

Her Q lost 75% damage if it crits and she has IE. That's a pretty solid chunk of damage getting removed for 2% max health true damage increase. She also got nerfed against other squishies. Earlier in the year people hated the fact that she could 2 shot squishies and shred tanks, now she can't 2 show squishies as easily but gets a compensating buff for shredding tanks. She fitting more in line with how riot envisioned her. chill the fuck out guys.

but that R change. what the hell. There is no excuse for how busted that R change is going to be.
