upcoming sandbox

when you created urf mod v.2 you gave us option to have lvl 30 in game. so can you make sandbox to alsaw be a way to make something really crazy stuff? like : option where you have no lvl cap( bcs some passives are getting really insane over 18 lvl) so make possibility of using it alsaw as the sort of playground where you can try the things that are very rare to happen in normal game: having all 4 dragons 3 times this cant happen in real game here it should go without problem. full buffed champion like jhin with AS bonus from nidalee shield from full ap janna ... i think that you should add a way for players to replace good team coordination in normals in order to try something by customizing bots in sandbox and making them to do something you want them to do and eventually "freeze your champion" to try him with buffed stats aginst enemies
