Elo Discrepancies in Normal Games

Okay I was originally not going to do anything about this but it is just getting out of hand. I am a Silver V on the solo ladder, and although I have a 58% win ratio and only 30 ish games played, I would say I should probably be in low gold. However, I have no idea what Riot is thinking over there, but I have been put into normal games with high gold, platinum, and even diamond players in almost every game. I linked a game that I just played against a Platinum V and a Diamond V . Let me state this again: I AM SILVER V. Why am I being placed against the top 15% of all players in NA while I am at a mere 50% of the top? What is going on over there Riot? Whatever it is, it needs to be fixed immediately because these games are simply unwinnable and unenjoyable.
