Leave Buster System, is it a true punishment???

My opinion is no, a punishment is meant to end bad behaviors "that are intentional "by players. In most instances due to the new remake system, if your router freaks out and bugs out or you get splatted right before game, players remake and you're instantly doomed to 5 20 minute wait ques. I honestly find this ridiculous because in those scenarios leave buster isn't fulfilling it's true purpose, by "punishing " players who's actions weren't intentional its not an honest or true punishment and it definitely won't "teach them a lesson" from our routers to our computers there just build of thousands of complex numbers and functions which are never guaranteed to act right. Please don't give me the "buy a new router" because not everyone can afford it , or "what's the solution" , as a player it's not always my job to provide a solution, but I am in power to point out something I find unsettling or a problem, and the leave buster system is quite unsettling to me and I feel as if the so called punishment should be changed or revamped to something less critical that builds up over time. Although the message always say's due to "recent afk behaviors" the statement is untrue, I have not afked in a game for as long as I could remember and all it took was my wifi to spazz out on one rank game. Also 20 minutes is ridiculous you should have the punishment start at something less critical and build up when there is true consistent behaviors.

It does build up, its just WAY harsher if you skip out on a ranked game
