Nerf Mordekaiser now that you've buffed him thank you

Mordekaiser didn't get buffed. He functionally only has 3 abilities if you're dueling him without a teammate or a ghost nearby. He has lower movement speed than ever before, and still doesn't have any in-built mobility. If you died trying to 1v1 a farmed Mordekaiser because his Q has that ridiculous 666% AD scaling on it or some bullocks like that, it's your own fault for letting him get to that level of items.
