to me the fastest solution is to buff most of marksmen's starting hps, or through the entire game, so they can take at least more than 1 full combo form almost anyone who isn't a marksmen and be out of a team fight for good. if an adc get shut down early game, they tend to be OUT for the rest of the game. and in a meta that seems to be dominated by fighters and tanks, snowballing happens way to easily in the current meta. and given their base attack, even with 1 bf, the scaling of trying to take out a tank just doesn't seem fair. i know bottom lane is a bit more complex than the other lanes to try to balance, other than maybe jungle, but most of the time with all the mobile champs out there now, you have to work your butt off to kite them, witch usually doesn't amount to much unless you crit. they just dont have the healthpool to even try to fight. even at the later levels. guardian angel only does so much and frozen mallet is a huge detour from you build that is required for u to burst anyone down, it almost seems like adc has become the new support. except alot more work......
