Could Buff camps give trinket ward's CD refreshes?

I feel that with the removal of Tracker's Knife, champions like and who commonly use wards for movement, have gotten an indirect nerf. So to somewhat fix that, could buff camps (RED and BLUE) refresh the CD on trinkets (the normal ward specifically)?
