Matchmaking needs fixing

I am honestly starting to believe that riot makes promos harder either that or the matchmaking is just bad. whenever I'm in my promos there is almost always 1/2 players that are 2 divisions below mine, like today I was in my promos for silver 2 and I had 2 bronze 2 players on my team. Like what, the hell are they doing in ma games Riot????
