There needs to be some requirement to play ARAM

I have nothing against new players, we were all new at one point. The number of legitimately brand new players in ARAM though makes it unfun. They don't know what they're doing and kinda just ruin the game completely. I think there needs to be some requirement of games played in normals / bots before new players unlock ARAM.
