Meta's
How fast to meta's change? after watching / playing a few new games, thinking about the jungle changes + assassin reworks, i wonder if the meta has shifted at all.
by "new" i mean new patch / post rework

It depends on how major each patch is. The assassin rework. HUGE META CHANGE adc's will stop playing immobile adc's if you're playing for ranked. Like Jhin, sivir, and ashe. I feel they can burst 2k hp in 0.2 like dfg...
The meta will basically change in accordance to who is perceived to be OP (new assassins), so you will see fewer immobile adcs as adcs play against (and get rekt by) the new assassins, and people will start realizing that tanks shut the assassins down. Then tanks will be op, people will realize they need to pick Jinx, and badabing the cycle repeats.
Also, it is the preseason so things will be hectic af for the next 2 months or so.
